Diablo 2 Resurrected New Frozen Orb Blizzard build is very strong! There is two variations of this build. Max out Blizzard and all synergies then dump all remaining points into frozen orb for a more powerful Blizzard. Max out Frozen orb, ice bolt, blizzard, and all remaining points into blizzards synergies for a more powerful frozen orb. Make sure you get 1 point into the necessities frozen armor, cold mastery, static field, telekinesis, teleport, and warmth. This character can farm all of the main areas very well as long as you have a mercenary that can deal with cold immunes.
