“THERE WILL BE BAYONETTA 3 NEWS TOMORROW” says the most accurate leaker to date.

6 hours ago we finally got an Entertainment Software Rating Board, and ESRB, for Bayonetta 3 directly on the Nintendo website giving us a rating of, I’m so excited, an M17+. Which is actually a higher age rating than Bayonetta 1 and Bayonetta 2 which are MA15+.

Now as always these are usually meant for promotional means and are estimates, which get changed to the proper rating upon the official release, likely to be MA15+. This means it’s to have a similar amount of bloodshed and partial nudity to hopefully Bayonetta 1, since Kamiya is now executively directing it, bringing back the callbacks to the first installment. One of the major worries people had of the Direct Trailer last year was, “is Bayonetta 3 going to be diluted?” in terms of the signature sexiness that she has or more specifically why didn’t her clothes come off when she summoned Gamorrah like in the previous two. From this new rating, it was likely because it was at a Nintendo Direct but THIS now gives us more reason for a shadow drop of a new trailer in the coming days filled with the vibe of Bayonetta we know and love.

I’m expecting a new trailer in months, but with that leak coming out, we might be eating good tonight.
