In this video, Vick Almighty shows you the best way to clean a pair of New Balance 9060s and bring them back to life. The 9060 is known for its mix of mesh, suede, and synthetic materials, which means the materials are just right for cleaning. Luckily, no bleeding on this one!
We start by removing the shoelaces and insoles so each part of the sneaker can be cleaned properly. Before adding any water or solution, we dry brush the entire shoe to remove loose dirt and debris that could spread during the cleaning process.
Next, we add two squirts of Reshoevn8r Cleaning Solution into a bowl of water and begin the cleaning process using the Soft Bristle Brush. This brush is perfect for tackling the mesh and delicate materials on the upper while safely breaking down dirt and stains.
Once the uppers are taken care of, we move to the Medium Bristle Brush to focus on the suede panels, overlays, and midsoles, helping lift deeper dirt while restoring the look of the shoe. For the outsoles, we switch to the Stiff Bristle Brush to remove stubborn grime built up in the traction pattern.
After the hand cleaning process, the laces get their own scrub before everything heads into the wash using the Reshoevn8r Sneaker Laundry System and Laundry Detergent. Once the cycle is complete, we let the sneakers air dry completely to reveal the final results.
