In this video, we are setting up our living room aquascape using our new Senzeal X7 aquarium light. This is a tank I wanted to set up for a while but never got around to it. We used Flourite and Dragon Stone to come up with the layout. Once we designed the scape we tested the product to get the full scope of the light. Things like PAR, energy consumption and temps were tested. Considering how small and cost-effective this light was I was happy with the results. It provides enough PAR to work for a low tech planted tank / aquascape without issue.
We also added a glass landscaping container from Senzeal in which we put pothos and another unidentified plant we were gifted. These planted tank glass containers are pretty nice and can be used for many different purposes.
Senzeal has sent this light over for testing but a $20 light is not going to sway my opinion.
