AI researchers at MIT’s Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (CSAIL) have developed an algorithm called Speech2Face that reconstructs faces solely from audio recordings. The algorithm, trained on millions of videos showcasing people talking, learned correlations between voices and facial appearances—predicting age, gender, and ethnicity.
