Neverwinter Nights Shadows of Undrentide was released in 2003 a year after the original game. We play as a fledgling adventurer tracking down an evil sorceress bent on using ancient magic to ascend to lichdom and ultimate power over Faerun. SoU has its flaws like badly balanced encounters and insufficient treasure but ultimately is an enjoyable experience.
