This revised devoted cleric build is a powerhouse for Master Soul Harvest public queues. Between your gear, insignia bonuses, and master boons, you provide your party with an extra 10% def (Chest and insignia bonus, 16% if you factor Blessed Resilience in), 6% power(Blessed Advantage), 3% def to the tank if they are wearing rugged boots and get critically healed by you, +9.5% increased boss dmg (Hex and apoc or mari or vistani set), +2% dmg/inc heal/miti (masterwork set bonus), 10% dmg reduction from demon ward, -3.5% defense and awareness on the boss from grace ring. Additionally, your defense and power buffs are trial wide and not limited to just your party, so they are applicable in the combined phases.
