I threw away 30 pounds of potato salad 😭
After spending DAYS cooking for a graduation party for 120 people — loaded baked potato salad, jalapeño popper potato salad, pasta salads, cupcakes, brownies and more — I opened the fridge Saturday morning and discovered it was sitting at 50°. 😳
