The first Kickstarter Campaign launched to raise funding for the production of "Never Hike Alone: A Friday the 13th Fan Film" was launched on January 13, 2017 with a goal of $13,000 and completed on February 17, 2020 reaching its's goal with $18,934 funds raised.
Although this would not cover the complete cost of the film, it did give us the boost we needed to finish all of the night scenes that were left at the camp as well as our trip to Flagstaff, AZ to crush Kyle' McLeod's head on the shores of Crystal Lake.
