On October 20, 2014, two members of the Canadian Armed Forces were victims of a hit and run incident in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec. One of them, Warrant Officer Patrice Vincent, a member of the Joint Personnel Support Unit at the Integrated Personnel Support Centre in St-Jean, Quebec, died of his injuries the same day.

On October 20, 2014, Warrant Officer Patrice Vincent, a member of the Joint Personnel Support Unit at the Integrated Personnel Support Centre in St-Jean, Quebec, and a fellow member of the Canadian Armed Forces accompanying him, were victims of a hit and run incident in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec. Vincent died of his injuries.

This video of a vigil in their memory at the cenotaph in North Sydney, Nova Scotia is my tribute to them and their service to Canada.
