Description of the biological basis for fear and aggression including discussion of hormones such as testosterone and androstenodine on aggressive behaviors in males an females. Discussion of reactive versus instrumental aggression and the underlying physiological differences between them. Analysis of the effects of drugs such as alcohol, cocaine and amphetamines on aggression and gene-environment interactions on aggressive behavior. Next, discussion of fear and anxiety and the biological basis for these behaviors.
