Friendly Review of the Netgear Orbi (amzn.to/2oSID88) beta firmware update version 2.1.3.4 which came out in March 2018. This is a beta firmware version that you can get if you only are using RBR50 and RBS50's in your system (AC3000) which come in the RBK50 and RBK53 packages. The firmware isn't being pushed to your system so you'll need to manually download and update if you want to try it. This jumps us back ahead to the latest and largest number that has been released by Netgear. All the features are in it including the wired backhaul and Circle with Disney. This version has the following improvements and fixes:
1.) Connectivity and RF Improvements
2.) Fix issues with satellites becoming disconnected from the routers
3.) Fix issues related to some devices not having internet access while others do.
4.) Fix issues related to some devices stated web pages are unreachable or unmanaged. You can either wait until this is fully tested out or give it a try for yourself. Personally, I am trying it out.
