Netgear Orbi (amzn.to/2oSID88) FW update overview for the latest version that came out in January 2018. The new FW version 2.1.2.18 provides support for the RBS50Y which is the new outdoor Netgear Orbi Satellite. It also fixes a few bugs in regards to the attached devices page, issues with special characters with the password, and issues that cause high CPU on Orbi routers. Hopefully, this fixes some of the stability issues that people have been seeing since Orbi version 2.0.0.74 came out.
