Origin: Ness victory theme is a remixed combination of the final four melodies out of the eight melodies from EarthBound, . One of the main objectives of the game was to collect the Eight Melodies, which would combine to form one overall piece. Additionally, the ending of this theme is loosely based on the victory theme, “You Win!”, from Earthbound and Mother 3
