I read a reddit post that mentioned that the files to SpongeBob Supersponge, a game released on the original PlayStation in 2001, were available on GitHub. Turns out the music was in a .xm format, which is great because I could play them and export the audio via OpenMPT. To my knowledge, I am the first person to make an oscilloscope view of a PS1 game, but take that with a grain of salt.
Edit: Actually, Shinji Ikari did PS1 oscs before me.
