Nepheli Loux is a warrior and fellow tarnished, who is dressed similarly to the starting Hero class. Nepheli Loux was officially ordered from her adoptive father (Gideon Ofnir, leader of Roundtable Hold) to kill and dethrone Godrick, the Grafted.
If Nepheli Loux's questline is progressed, Nepheli Loux is available for summoning for the following boss fights:
Godrick, the Grafted,
Godfrey, First Elden Lord
Omenkiller in Village of the Albinaurics
LOCATION
Nepheli Loux is first found at Stormveil Castle, in Limgrave. Nepheli Loux is inside a room North of the guarded courtyard.
From the Secluded Cell Site of Grace, head Southeast, down the stairs and past the enemies. Following the bending path, enter the doorway in the Southwest.
Nepheli Loux will be found speaking over a body when you first approach her:
"Be proud. You were a fine warrior.
Your only mistake was your choice of master.
Let the winds lift you, to a higher place."
Exhaust her dialogue to be able to summon her in battle and for her to move to her next location, the Roundtable:
"Well, who do we have here?
Tarnished, are you? Clearly not one of Godrick's lot.
I am Nepehli Loux.. Tarnished and warrior, like you.
I'm here by decree of my father.
How utterly repellant this is..."
"This "grafting" of Godrick's ill befits a Lord.
He's tainted the very winds."
"If you intend to challenge Godrick,
I ask you call upon me.
The winds run could with his deeds.
I'm certain father would permit me aid the fight."
QUESTLINE
Location 1: Stormveil Castle
Location 2: Roundtable
Location 3: Village Of The Albinaurics
*QUEST FAILURE: Nepheli Loux will disappear for good if the player speaks to Melina at The Forge of Giants Site of Grace before completing Nepheli's dialogue and defeating Omenkiller at the Village of the Albinaurics.*
Find Nepheli at Stormveil Castle and speak to her, exhausting all dialogue.
You may summon Nepheli Loux to help you defeat Godrick the Grafted.
Upon defeat, Nepheli will move to the Roundtable (she will be in the room outside the library). Speak to her again, exhausting all dialogue, and Nepheli will reward you with the Arsenal Charm.
*NOTE: She will not move to the Roundtable is you haven't spoken to Gideon Ofnir yet. Speak with him and reload at the site of grace to trigger her relocation. It may also be necessary to rest at the Godrick the Grafted site of grace before Nepheli Loux will go to the Roundtable.*
After meeting her in the Roundtable Hold, you will need to visit her at The Village of Albinaurics, exhaust her dialogue. After defeating the area boss, Omenkiller, Nepheli can be found back at the Roundtable to continue on with her quest.
