Oh, we forgot to mention the final, FINAL shrine to liberate. Our bad.
To say again about the postmaster quest line, it does not feel finished when it only "sometimes" appears, and after the first delivery, you never see him again. I have never encountered a second delivery quest from there, which makes me feel that the developers could not justify why it was there in the first place. Act IV is linear enough, with no sidequests, and you have enough resources and items that you should be fine.
And yet, it still found a way in.
