Our Neonate N65 baby monitor bought in May 2023 stopped vibrating (can't remember exactly when, but around the 1.5 year mark).
UPDATE: They sent me a new parent unit after sharing this video. Very happy with Neonate customer support END UPDATE
I made this video to share with Neonate support, who said it was under warranty in principle (might be void now, but couldn't resist opening it).
They use a 8mm by 3mm vibration motor. As the video shows the monitor alternates between giving it 0V and 2.33V DC (or thereabout).
The nominally 3.7V battery puts out 4.11V (4.10V for the child monitor battery). Some of the motors I found (e.g. "5PCS Mini 8mm*3mm Vibration Motor DC 3V-5V 4.2V Button Type [...] Coin Flat Vibrator https://a.aliexpress.com/_EzQ4j68) are rated 3-5V, which would make more sense for the battery voltage.
Without knowing what specific motor it is, and not wanting to screw around with the motherboard, I don't know if the issue is that it's not getting sufficient voltage, or that the board steps it down to around 2.33V, but the motor is just broken or worn out).
Just for context, I didn't assume it would be under warranty, but contacted support to see if they'd be willing to either sell me a new motherboard or vibration motor, depending on whether the motor was replaceable (I hadn't opened it up at that time).
