PRE-ANSWERING:

1. I got the Color Club polish in a set from my local Ross store.

2. The Cheeky set is not currently available in the set I purchased. BUT, Konad M21 has this image, too - so you can get that plate for sure elsewhere. :)

3. The White I used on my nails first was Pure Ice, Super Star
