-Holo Taco - Peely Base

-Clean up with acetone: amzn.to/1TlzxtI
►Step-by-Step◄
-Start out with clean, dry nails and apply your base coat
-Use white as the base for your gradient nails and black holo on the other nails
-Clean up as needed and apply top coat
-(Optional) protect around your nails with the barrier of your choice
-Apply all 6 neons to your sponge and then apply to your nail
-Remove protection if used after the last layer of gradient, then clean up around the edges
-Apply a layer of scattered holo
-Apply black holo to the stamping plate, scrape & stamp onto the gradient nails - clean up around the edges as needed
-Finish with a final layer of top coat!
