In this video, I walk through how to create the Confetti Collar necklace using SilverSilk Pipe Chain and simple wire wrapped bead sliders. This design focuses on forming consistent loops, building balanced bead clusters, and allowing each component to slide freely along the chain to create a soft scalloped collar shape.
The necklace is built with colorful four millimeter lava beads, bold ten millimeter rounds, and basic wire techniques that are beginner friendly but still polished.
