Neo Tokyo, part of the June 20 2016 Rocket League update, features flying cop cars and an authentic tokyo feel.

This was taken using a glitch in the replay system. In player view, follow a car that gets blown up, and then pause when the followed car blows up. You can now fly anywhere.
