This is a great drop-in mod to replace the stock stick on the Neo Geo Arcade Stick Pro. I personally love the Seimitsu LS-56 for it's tighter feel and shorter throw than the Sanwa JLF. Be certain to grab the correct version of the stick and mounting plate however. Links are below.
