I'm not fond of fan-made anime interpolations, but it worked quite well with this one as it is all CGI. The only way I could come up with to get a good quality rip of this was by extracting the original movie in 272p from the game's files.
Used Flowframes with the latest RIFE method and I also remastered the audio with a high-quality release of the song.
