The events of Sunday 6th November 2022 at Alton Towers Resort were a truly spectacular way to close out the season and the first era of Nemesis before its lengthy refurbishment and re-track. This promotional video features the message from the Phalanx that was shown during the finale of the Ultimate Fireworks Spectacular, interviews with John Wardley (the designer of the ride), Kate McBirnie (Head of Guest Excellence at Alton Towers) and competition winners who got the chance to take the last ever ride on the coaster in its current form.

Sik, an Intamin 10 inversion coaster was originally purchased by Hopi Hari in Brazil but kept in storage from 2012-2017, then sold to Movie Animation Park Studios in Malaysia, until being sold on to Flamingo Land in 2019.
Although the layout is largely the same as older versions of the ride such as Colossus at Thorpe Park, Sik rides more smoothly and its lap bar restraints provide riders with greater freedom.
