About: This presentation will cover several areas of team logistics, including scheduling team meetings, outreach events, and fundraising activities, as well as Build Season logistics such as team meals, hotels, and transportation for competitions. We'll also discuss the importance of, and strategies for, effective communication with the team and their families/support networks. Lastly, we'll also talk about different methods to raise the funds the team needs.
