About: A conversation geared towards preparing for judging sessions at competitions and showing that in the long term, this helps students cultivate public speaking, interviewing and communication skills. As someone who was deeply impacted by these interactions as a student, Manisha's goal is to start a discussion on why the soft skills are just as important as the technical skills - something that will serve students long past graduation!
