There are 2 downwards bends in bars 27 and 28 with the 5th fret notated. How they work is that while on the 5th fret, you want to strike the notes with the string already bent up in a way that will make it sound like you're on the 7th fret. Then, as you hold down the note, you'll unbend that string to achieve that pitch shift downwards.
Alternatively, you could just slide your hand down the fretboard from the 7th fret at those parts instead of using the bend method I just described, though I personally think the bends are more faithful to the sound of the original.
