Well this is the one that people always request and ask me about, the infamous Prince classic (and perfect in every way), “Purple Rain”. Might there be a better pop/ballad song ever written? I think not!
Normally I wouldn’t do a play through of this as the Prince Police would probably have me take it down within seconds, but I figured let’s give it a try and see how long things last. Also, my dear friends Emilie and Pete from Denmark were getting married and it was Emilie’s special request to surprise Pete at the wedding with this song/video to dance to so how could I possibly refuse?
(Yeah, I know the video export has a bunch of random pixilation. There was definitely a ghost in the machine with this footage, but in the spirit of loving a good ballad from ’84, please try and ignore it.)
