Neighbors is a multi-part multiple-animator project based around the theme of dreams and visions. Each animator was given two parts: one depicting the buildup or aftermath of a vision, and another depicting the vision itself. Animators were invited to use any media, including original characters. This project was in the oven for quite a while! I first had the idea a few years ago while driving back home through the mountains. I was stuck behind a truck going ~15 mph, and as soon as I had the opportunity to pass it, I took the nearest freeway onramp and zoomed home while this song was playing.
