This is the crew that picks up all of Elk Groves bulk waste from residents. Let me tell you they run late. It was 5 when I recorded this and no i'm not lying. I was told by a fellow YTer that the crew will be receiving a new tractor and RL so when they do I will be out there to film it do its rounds.
