Neerum Neruppum (1971) is a classic Tamil swashbuckler starring M. G. Ramachandran and Jayalalithaa.
Directed by P. Neelakantan, the film follows a dramatic tale of courage, revenge, and family bonds, inspired by Alexandre Dumas’ The Corsican Brothers. It also features R. S. Manohar and Thengai Srinivasan. The film was later remade in Hindi as Gora Aur Kala.

Synopsis
Twin princes Manivannan and Karikalan are separated after their father is killed by the ruthless King Marthandan. Raised apart with different skills—one relying on intelligence and the other on strength—they share a mysterious emotional bond. United by a desire for revenge, the brothers join forces to bring down Marthandan and avenge their family.
