WR by like 0.8 seconds!!!!
I really didn't want to do this category because Ksan is so insane in like half the categories in this game. I was originally willing to settle with 2nd place with a very silly strategy I found (which involved the day skip glitch to be used twice lol) (my previous ranking was last place, so I wanted to have a better run)
But after getting a 1:58 with the meme strat, I realized I could actually create a route that would end up being faster.
Unfortunately, using /st/ makes me feel sad, because it's the 2nd longest cutscene in the game. But 1st place is 1st place! Figuring out how to reach 80 stress by the end of day 3 was very difficult, and it felt like nothing worked unless I used /st/, so unless there's something I missed that can substitute the need for /st/, then I'd say this is a solid run.

![Needy Streamer Overload TAS | So Close Yet So Far [1:15.05]
For those who may not know what a TAS is, T.A.S. (Tool Assisted Speedrun/Superplay) is the process of doing a speedrun, while using tools to manipulate many factors of a game, in order to create a theoretical perfect speedrun.
The term tools can often refer to many aspects, such as using mods that manipulate luck factors, speed, savestates, or fully custom tools that give you internal information.
More specifically to this video, this run uses an auto player mod made by the NSO modder, Frostworth.
This auto player basically runs off of code that attempts to do every action as soon as it is capable of doing so, making for the most optimal time for everything.
For more information on TASes, most people like to refer to Bismuths video on explaining TASes: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ietk1-Wb7oY
All tools used were made by Frostworth. Please check out all of their awesome NSO mods!

Very disappointed with this one....
I got most of the things I wanted to go for. Lost ~20 seconds on failing the shrimp skip. Lost ~30 seconds on the gear skip. And I was on the final boss, roughly 1-3 hits away from beating the game, and I died at 23:32....
Oh well, I guess....

Ive been on a grind of improving my IL speedruns for DreadOut 2. Prologue and Act 1 done, Act 2-7 to go!
Here, I beat this IL time by ~40 seconds: https://youtu.be/GOkcCHSFdB0
I also have a real thumbnail now!

After working on, and collaborating on 9 different routes, and doing dozens of attempts on each, nothing can beat KSans WR. Even though she also used Simplified Chinese, which is slightly slower than Traditional Chinese.
Its almost worth accusing her of cheating at this point, but theres obviously no proof, and Im just a sore loser lmao.
This is my limit. You win, KSan. At least for this category.

![Gawr Gura: Quest for Bread | Demo Speedrun [2:40.85]
A while ago, a video popped up in my recommendations. It was a video someone uploaded, related to Quest for Bread. It was a speedrun, and it was good, too.
Anyway, I thought I might as well put in a few attempts, since the full game is right around the corner.
I also found out that there are a total of 3 other players who have speedran this game (excluding myself), and they all seem to use the same timing method that I originally used. Being starting when you press the Play Demo button, and ends when you beat Calli.
According to this timing method, I beat DiabloFG by literally 1 frame. I timed their run more precisely, and it was 2;40.86. Here is their run, if youd like to see it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ju3Xgeyjhzg (as far as Im aware, this is the current (now former) WR)
Diablo is admittedly much better at the Calli fight than I am, and thats where they excel the most. From the start of the run, all the way to reaching the door to the boss fight, my time was 1;18, and their time was 1;24. The Calli fight took me 1;22, and took them 1;16.
If it wasnt for their movement being worse than mine, Id be unable to compete against them.
But to give them credit where its due, they clearly looked like they were going to do good strats, but just messed them up, which happens to the best of us.
As Ive talked about in previous videos, I am trying my best to transition to Linux (I use Arch, btw), and with that, Ive also been using a timer called OpenSpeedRun. The way I start the timer is by pressing Ctrl + Shift + 0, and I split with Ctrl + Shift + 9. Because of this, I started the timer late, and I accidentally pressed Ctrl + Shift + 8 (which is reset), so I accidentally reset the timer at the end. But none of that matters, since I still retimed it in post, so it is still accurate. Gawr Gura: Quest for Bread | Demo Speedrun [2:40.85]](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/xqUE07HpAxw/mqdefault.jpg)
