Before anyone points out "You didn't show room x", I skipped all of the numbers that weren't dev stages.
There's only a total of 37 stages. (So, room 1 to room 37), and there's also real stages mixed in with the dev stages. On top of that, there's stages that are basically meaningless, and stages that result in crashes.
I tried my best to put everything together, so I hope this works out.

1 crash (was used at end for final demonstration) (unsure what it is)

9 map select
17 crash (labeled as playing the intro?)
21 stage 1
22 stage 2
23 before boss 1
24 before boss 2
25 before boss 3
26 stage 3
28 Dark Angel fight 1 (end of stage 4)
33 stage 4
35 stage 5 (intro)
36 stage 0
37 crash (unsure what it is)
