So this is just to show that you can do harder events with the low level cars. Whenever you're doing a Hot Pursuit I would strongly recommend using the ESF and Shockram, the latter is good for hitting multiple opponents at once and/or flipping them.
Once you have them to a complete stop, either do a "lockdown" which I did with my first bust or just hit them head on with the ESF.
