So I've known that there is some people that seems to have a problem with completing this speed list. You can do this with any car really, I chose the Mustang since everyone has that and I assume you might want to at least get the acceleration, control and top speed maxed out before trying to complete this.
I did fail the first attempt, but as you can see i got a nice ram x) Just start out where I am, use the turbo and even if you sort of failed like i did, you can still complete it. Wanted to show that rather than doing it perfectly.
