Probably cut in early alpha. surprised this wasn't removed in the beta stage. not found before as there are no references to this track in the files. always thought to be the speed challenge of the tokyo docks but turns out that speed challenge is on the same level as the docks.

Sorry for the short video but I'm gonna do a larger one where i freeroam in most / all of the locations in the game. Just thought you people would enjoy seeing this as nobody ever had a clue that this existed :p
