Christmas is back in Blackridge, but the Underground have found themselves worse for wear this season; bullied by the police and used by Elites with fat wallets. To make sure that they remain a strong, independent force, Edge, leader of The Royals proposes a multi-crew race around Blackridge known as Frostburn, with no rules, no loyalty, and, most importantly, no limits. The winner gets to be leader of the underground for a year, which sounds mighty fine to be frank: having one crew call the shots in unifying the Underground against the BRPD and conniving wealthy oligarchs. There is, however, one factor that all of us, more importantly Edge, that wasn't taken into account: the return of Marcus King.

What? You think Razor's return would be the only big NFS villain revival?
