about three years ago there was a public exploit which allowed you to get every blueprint possible and this includes all even car blueprints plus several unobtainable cars, like the three star BMW M3 (back then its icon was orange bmw which can be seen here: cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/647860039520092180/692108928242286623/Screenshot_20180531-151146.png ).
Other unobtainable cars show that they are street class but do not appear with this class cars and if you try to build one you will get stuck in a screen which is seen at the end of the video
