Hey guys! trackmaniamatt here with a brand new video!
This video showcases the fixes for the event 20_5_1. I named it Speedtraps Test in Quick Race, using the tool Labrune, an open-source language editor for the BlackBox-era Need for Speed games. The tool was developed by nlgzrgn (youtube.com/user/nlgzrgn77).
Here is some background information on this race, taken from the event's page on the NFS Wiki:
"20_5_1_speedtraps is a Speedtrap event that was used for content development towards Need for Speed: Most Wanted.
The event can be found in the game files of the released game and the PlayStation 2 demo, but was only used for game play in the demo.
It is a race against a single opponent and both racers must pass through three speedtraps. Winning the race rewards the player with $1,500 and a brakes upgrades package.
The event was likely created to design and test functionality for the Speedtrap game mode, which had not previously appeared in any prior Need for Speed game."

There are plenty of more videos to come. And, as always, Enjoy!
