This one is easily done by entering the event 'Hunted', which give you the Gumpert Apollo-S, letting you get a shot at this achievement waaay earlier than having to wait until level 20 as a racer to unlock it for yourself. The event offers up four cop cars for slaughter, meaning you have to play through it at least twice for the achievement to pop (I guess just restarting the race after having destroyed some cops still nets you the progress, but I'd rather play through it in its entirety for the fun / bounty). Had a blast destroying some liveried Bugs 'N' Gumps in this one, so if you have the time, feel free to sit back and relax while I play through 'Hunted' a couple of times while also showing them cops who's boss.
