I picked up Need for Speed Hot Pursuit the other day, and decided to make a few videos on it.
The game is a nice addition to the franchise but it is by no means the best one. The graphics try too hard to look realistic that they forget we don't see everything as sharp as a knife (yes you're right - I'm talking about the lack of AA in the graphics menu)
I feel that this game is centered towards the PS3 and Xbox 360 and that the PC version is a mere port. Though I can't really complain, poor Wii users get to play the game filtered like a cartoon. It's Drift-City esque, 5 years old (and free to play!)
The story and gameplay are quite good, I liked the ability to switch in and out of being a police officer and being a racer. The terrain is nicely varied and detailed but once again the graphics here put it down. There were some parts of the game, mostly the transitioning UI's that looked very outdated, and this is made worse by the constant waiting and inability to skip them.
All in all the game's okay. I wouldn't pay anything over £25 for this game on the PC, and I can't comment on the multiplayer but I suppose that's probably what makes the game great especially for the consoles.
You'll love:
-The storyline, or lack thereof, that allows for racing freedom.
-The terrain is nicely detailed
-The cars look and sound great
You'll hate:
-The fiddly UI
-The lack of AA (on the PC version)
Overall rating: 7/10

Yes that was the mini review I just spewed out whilst waiting for the video to upload. Let me know what you think of my review in the comments and whether you want me to write a review of other games I play too.

![Syndicate Playthrough [Part 8] (Milestone 6 - Eurocorp ) [PC]
Part 8 of my Syndicate play through. The build up to my Sunday morning special - Part 9 is cracker! This sees me getting back to Eurocorp and discovering how forgiving (or unforgiving) my employers are on the scientist that leaked the information. This shows off even more interesting mechanics in the game!

![Sonic Generations Green Hill + First Look [PC]
I take a look at Sonic Generations, play through the Green Hill zone with both characters and then talk a bit about the game. Live commentary (hooray).
This is the third time I have uploaded this 1.7GB file to YouTube. Id be lying if I said I was happy to waste my bandwidth in doing so. Sonic Generations Green Hill + First Look [PC]](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/vNzng2R26K4/mqdefault.jpg)

![Syndicate Playthrough [Part 2] (Prologue) [PC]
Part 2 of the sort of Prologue of the game.
The title screen should say Part Two but I forgot to change it, heh.
