For our next championship event we get our first taste of some of the faster cars in the game. It's a US vs UK showdown at Desert Heat. Another one of those long, annoying race knockout series where the last place finisher in each race is eliminated. Each race is 2 laps and there's 4 of them total. You get to choose between the UK's Aston Martin V12 Vanquish or the US's Ford Mustang SVT Cobra R. Bit of advice here, choose the Aston Martin, It'll make things a lot easier. Of course I had to opt for the cooler looking Mustang and the Vanquish kept threatening to leave me in the dust if I didn’t drive so aggressively to keep them behind me. Winning the event unlocks events 18 and 19.
