This game came out 19 years ago. I purchased another capture card recently and figured to give it a shot with this game. Two runs: English and Japanese. This is the Japanese run. Interface and voice audio is properly translated. It isn't a lazy international release unlike Hot Pursuit 2.

The Lotus Elise is essentially a cheat code in the early game. I think it's kind of funny that Wolf's vehicle is decked out with upgrades, yet gets outclassed by a stock Lotus. It wasn't even close. Despite that, one of my biggest regrets was taking the Lotus out for drifting. I wanted to add a jump cut to switch back to my other car but insisted on keeping the Lotus clip despite me drifting horribly in it. Speaking of cheats, Castrol Cash cheat was used for an extra $10k at the start of the game.

This is obvious, but it's a spliced run. And I will make no effort to hide such splices. Some edits will be incredibly obvious (like Wolf's canyon duel). I simply restarted to get good music. But, if you want to see the unedited version, here you go: youtu.be/jDJHRkYAkXc
