After decades without a new Need For Madness custom track, the time has come to bring in a new one that I recently made. This track is named, "Mad Rally Circuit," made in the Need For Madness Multiplayer Stage Maker feature. DR Monstaa was used for the gameplay of this 3-Lap track.
