This is the music that plays in the level select stage if you touch the dancing Mecha Sonic MK. I at the end of the level.
This music was added along with the Mecha Sonic easter egg that triggers it, in version 2.5.6, but as of writing this, the game is now on version 2.5.7, which fixed a few bugs, including one related to that very easter egg.
The sprite of Mecha Sonic used both in this video and in-game was made by CancerEdition. Heres the link to the Spriters resource page that I got it from (It will also be featured significantly more in an upcoming project, more on that in the future):
