I slowed Synthesia (8.3) down to 1%, recorded it (took 6 hours) and then I sped it back up in my video editor to reduce lag.
I use ScreenFlow to record and edit my videos.

I slowed Synthesia down to 1%, recorded it and then I sped it up again in my video editor. This is the way how I reduce lag.

This MIDI was made by TheSuperMarioBros2 and TheTrustedComputer - TheSuperMarioBros2 merged two MIDIs which are made by the TheTrustedComputer.
The MIDI file was corrupted and Synthesia couldnt open it, but Gingeas helped me and did some magic to the MIDI. Without his help, I couldnt open it. Thank you Gingeas :D
I made the audio myself in FL Studio with the FL Keys plugin.
