This the Nebraska Northeastern Railway which runs between O'Neil. Nebraska and South Souix City, Nebraska at one time this line was a connection with the C & N W 's famed "Cowboy Line" at O'Neil but now ends at a elevator in O'Neil. The railroad is headquatered in dowtown Osmond, Nebraska. when this video was made the entire roster was 3 GP-38-2's locomotives 9701, 9702 and 9703 all ex CSXT. And I was able to put my horns on these units while the locomotives regular horns were being rebuilt by me. In this scene #9703 which is a ex B & O unit tears up the tiny town of Dixon, Nebraska the train is Eastbound enroute to South Souix to interchange with the BNSF. Train is operated by my good friend and fellow Engineer Lynn, Eckman who no longer works for this railroad but did a darn good job of blowing my horns !
