This is the Nebraska Northeastern Railway which runs between O'Neil. Nebraska and South Souix City, Nebraska at one time this line was a connection with the C & N W 's famed "Cowboy Line" at O'Neil but now ends at a elevator in O'Neil. The railroad is headquatered in dowtown Osmond, Nebraska. when this video was made the entire roster was 3 GP-38-2's locomotives 9701, 9702 and 9703 all ex CSXT. And I was able to put my horns on these units while the locomotives regular horns were being rebuilt by me. In this scene #9703 which is a ex B & O unit and equipped with a Nathan M5R24 horn as it tops the hill just West of Dixon, Nebraska the train is Eastbound enroute to South Souix to interchange with the BNSF.
