The NEAST Summit 2025 – North East Astronomy, Space and Technology – has just concluded at the PL Space Center in Pordenone, Italy!
This incredible event marked the official opening of the PL Space Center, a new facility by PrimaLuceLab dedicated to advancing astronomy and space technology from Earth.

During the NEAST Summit, participants attended:
- A Specialist Course in Radio Astronomy accredited by the Italian Ministry of Education.
- A public lecture by Eng. Andrea Melis from INAF – University of Cagliari: “Are we alone in the universe? The project that seeks the answer.”
- The 20th National Congress of Amateur Radio Astronomy – ICARA 2025, gathering passionate scientists and observers from all over Italy.
- And, of course, the opening ceremony of the PL Space Center, where we unveiled our #telescopes, #radiotelescopes, and technologies for research and education.

The NEAST Summit 2025 was an extraordinary weekend of science, discovery, and inspiration — and it’s just the beginning.
We’re already working on NEAST Summit 2026, where PrimaLuceLab and the PL Space Center will open their doors again for an entire weekend of exploration and innovation.
